Anti-CXXC1 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab189829)

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CXXC1, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 401–660 of human CXXC1 (NP_001095124.1), and the antibody was prepared by affinity purification.

Provided as a liquid at lot-specific concentration, the antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 75 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The reagent ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
