The Antibodies.com primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent directed against CXCR7 (A356). It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 325–375 of human CXCR7, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The reagent detects endogenous levels of CXCR7 protein, and the target has a molecular weight of approximately 41 kDa.
Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence applications, including ICC/IF, the antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.
