Description
Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.3.
The reagent targets CXCR6 and was generated using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to residues in Human CXCR6; it detects endogenous levels of CXCR6 protein. The expected molecular weight is ~ 39 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
