Anti-CXCR4 (phospho-S339) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human CXCR4 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 339. The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Validated for Western blot (WB), the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

p-CXCR4 (S339) pAb detects endogenous levels of CXCR4 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser339, with an observed molecular weight of approximately 40–47 kDa.
