Phosphorylation at serine 339 of the CXCR4 chemokine receptor is a dynamic regulatory mark introduced by G protein-coupled receptor kinases (GRKs) following CXCL12/SDF-1 stimulation. The polyclonal anti-CXCR4 (phospho-S339) reagent from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, selectively detects this phosphorylated form of the receptor and is supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) analysis on human, mouse, and rat samples, making it useful for HIV co-receptor research, hematopoiesis and stem cell studies, cancer metastasis models, and chemokine-driven cell migration assays. It enables researchers to distinguish ligand-activated receptor pools from inactive pools, monitor beta-arrestin recruitment and clathrin-mediated internalization, and track downstream signaling cascades after SDF-1 stimulation.
