Anti-CXCR4 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against CXCR4, validated for Western blot applications and reactive with both human and mouse samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region within amino acids 1–100 of human CXCR4 (NP_003458.1). The reported molecular weight is 36 kDa / 70 kDa, and the recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000. Concentration is described as lot specific.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
