CXCR3 is a G-protein-coupled chemokine receptor that binds the ligands CXCL9, CXCL10, and CXCL11 and directs the trafficking of activated T lymphocytes, NK cells, and subsets of dendritic and B cells toward sites of inflammation. The polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com recognizes human, mouse, and rat CXCR3 in both Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows, making it useful for studying Th1-driven inflammation, tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte recruitment, and chemokine-axis involvement in autoimmune models such as multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis. Provided as an unconjugated, protein-A purified reagent at 100 µl per vial, the antibody can be paired with standard HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary reagents, and is suited to frozen or formalin-fixed tissue sections as well as whole-cell lysate probing. Researchers investigating checkpoint-molecule co-expression on T cells, viral-infection models, or graft-versus-host disease typically use this reagent to map CXCR3 distribution in lymphoid organs, brain, and tumor microenvironments.
