Anti-CXCR3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against CXCR3 and supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 289-368 of human CXCR3 (NP_001495.1). The product is affinity purified, formulated as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has a reported molecular weight of 44 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.
