Anti-CXCR-4 (V340) Antibody

An affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CXCR-4 (V340), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 310-360 of Human CXCR-4 and detects endogenous levels of CXCR-4 protein. It is unconjugated and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. Purity exceeds 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, following affinity-chromatography purification using the epitope-specific immunogen. The CXCR-4 target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 40 kDa.
