Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CXCR-3, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and is made available through Bio-Connect for fast Benelux delivery.
The reagent was generated using recombinant full length Human CXCR-3 as the immunogen, and the CXCR-3 pAb detects endogenous levels of CXCR-3 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE), and the target migrates at ~ 40 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
