Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CXCL2 is offered by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, following affinity purification. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-107 of human CXCL2 (NP_002080.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 11 kDa.
Validated for Western blot on rat samples, the antibody is recommended for use at dilutions of 1:500 to 1:2,000 for WB. Storage instructions specify shipment at 4°C, followed by aliquoting and storage at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
