Anti-CXCL11 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CXCL11, supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. The antibody is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples and has been affinity purified. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 22-94 of human CXCL11 (NP_005400.1). It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the recommended IHC dilution range is 1:100-1:200. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
