Anti-CXCL10 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CXCL10 (also referred to as IP-10). It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human samples. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 20–98 of human CXCL10/IP-10 (NP_001556.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 11 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300; concentration is lot specific.

For Western blotting, the recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4 °C and, on receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
