From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CX3CR1 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation at a lot-specific concentration.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–200 of human CX3CR1 (NP_001328.1) and purified by affinity purification. The protein target has a molecular weight of 52 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
