Anti-Cut15 Antibody

The Anti-Cut15 polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and specifically recognizes the endogenous Cut15 protein of Schizosaccharomyces pombe (fission yeast). Cut15 is a nuclear envelope and spindle pole body component required for proper mitosis and cytokinesis, making this reagent useful for studies of nuclear pore complex assembly, chromosome segregation, and cell cycle progression in fission yeast.
