Cullin-7 (CUL7) functions as a scaffold subunit of a cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase complex that drives ubiquitin-dependent protein turnover and cell-cycle progression. The polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against the human Cullin-7 target and ships unconjugated at 100 µl per vial. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications on human-derived samples and is used in studies of growth signaling, 3-M syndrome–associated short stature, and CRL7-mediated substrate recognition. Storage at -20 °C in working aliquots preserves reactivity across repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Investigators applying this reagent can resolve endogenous Cullin-7 localization and abundance across cultured cells, fixed tissue sections, and whole-cell lysates to map expression patterns under different growth and stress conditions.
