Anti-Cullin 2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Cullin 2, a protein also referred to by the synonyms CUL-2, CUL2, and Cullin-2. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and is reactive with human samples.

According to the manufacturer, the antibody was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from human Cullin 2 and detects endogenous levels of total Cullin 2 protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
