Anti-Cullin 1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Cullin 1 and validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation at a working concentration of approximately 1.0 mg/mL, and recognizes endogenous levels of total Cullin 1 protein in human samples. The immunogen corresponds to a synthesized peptide derived from the human Cullin 1 sequence, and the reagent is offered in two liquid formats of 50 µL and 100 µL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. For short-term transit the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve binding activity. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal, so each lot contains a heterogeneous population of immunoglobulins directed at multiple epitopes of the target. Cullin 1 is a scaffold component of the SCF (Skp1–Cullin–F-box) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, and this reagent is intended for research applications only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
