Anti-CUL5 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Cullin 5/CUL-5, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit and purified by affinity purification. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and listed for immunofluorescence (IF), and reacts with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human CUL5 (NP_003469.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 91 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
