Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit-derived polyclonal reagent is raised against cullin-4B (CUL-4B), a scaffolding component of the CUL4-DDB1 E3 ubiquitin ligase complex. Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺, pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, the affinity-purified, unconjugated IgG is presented here in a 50 µL format (catalog A39740) and is validated for Western blotting, immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunofluorescence, where it labels the endogenous Cullin-4B protein in fixed cells and tissue sections. The immunogen is a recombinant fragment of human CUL4B, ensuring broad cross-reactivity across the three listed species. Synonymous designations recognised in the literature include CUL-4B, Cullin-4B, and KIAA0695. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored long term at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Intended for research use only, it is not validated for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
