Anti-CUL4B Antibody

CUL4B forms the catalytic core of the CRL4B E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, coordinating substrate recognition through DCAF receptors and driving monoubiquitination of histone H2A along with targeted proteolysis of cell-cycle regulators such as CDT1 and p21. Studies of X-linked intellectual disability (Cabezas syndrome), DNA damage response, chromatin remodeling, and oncology use this antibody to localize CUL4B expression in cultured cells and tissue sections.
