Anti-CUL4A Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets Cullin-4A (CUL4A), a scaffold component of the CRL4 E3 ubiquitin ligase family, and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to human CUL4A, and the antibody was affinity-purified against that immunogen before being formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated preparation is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and cross-reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of total CUL4A. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
