Anti-CUL4A Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets Cullin 4A (CUL-4A) and is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody. It has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP), and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region within amino acids 200–300 of human Cullin 4A (UniProt Q13619). The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The target protein has a molecular weight of 80 kDa, and concentration is reported as lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, ICC/IF 1:50–1:100, and IP 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
