Anti-CUL4A Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets CUL4A (Cullin 4A), a scaffold component of the CRL4 E3 ubiquitin ligase complex that directs substrate ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation. CUL4A participates in nucleotide excision repair, chromatin remodeling at damaged genomic sites, and regulation of cell cycle progression, and altered CUL4A expression has been reported in malignancies such as hepatocellular carcinoma and breast cancer.

It has been validated for Western blot detection of endogenous CUL4A protein in human and mouse samples, supporting studies of CRL4 complex function, ubiquitin-proteasome pathway characterization, and DNA damage response research.
