Anti-CUL3 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab194584)

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Cullin 3 (CUL3) and is validated for western blotting (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 569-768 of human Cullin 3 (NP_003581.1), and the target protein migrates at 84 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid, affinity purified, in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
