Anti-CUL3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets CUL3 (Cullin-3), a scaffold component of Cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is unconjugated for flexibility in downstream detection. It was raised against a recombinant immunogen corresponding to human CUL3 and purified by affinity chromatography using that immunogen, ensuring recognition of the endogenous protein. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the reagent has been confirmed reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of CUL3-dependent ubiquitination pathways. For routine use, the antibody should be stored short-term at 4 °C and, for long-term stability, aliquoted and kept at –20 °C with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
