This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com recognizes Cullin 3 (CUL3), a scaffold subunit that assembles with RING-box proteins to form CUL3-RING ligase (CRL3) complexes responsible for substrate recognition and ubiquitin-mediated protein degradation. CUL3 undergoes cycles of neddylation and deneddylation and contributes to regulation of cell-cycle progression, stress signaling, and ion transport; pathogenic variants in the CUL3 gene have been linked to familial hyperkalemic hypertension (pseudohypoaldosteronism type II, Gordon syndrome).

Raised in rabbit, the antibody is supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, unconjugated, and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples. For routine use, the stock can be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles and stored frozen in working aliquots; the glycerol-containing buffer also tolerates short-term storage at colder working temperatures while protecting antibody activity over extended experimental timelines.
