Anti-CUL2 Antibody

The unconjugated antibody is produced in rabbit and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant protein corresponding to human CUL2, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of total CUL2 protein. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. Purification is performed by affinity chromatography using the immunogen. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
