Anti-CUL2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against Cullin 2 (CUL2), an unconjugated IgG reagent supplied in liquid form. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications on human samples, and the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 40–310 of human Cullin 2 (NP_001185708.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 87 kDa.

The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and the product is accompanied by two scientific validation images. It is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The concentration is reported as lot specific.
