CUL1 (Cullin-1) is a scaffold protein that forms the catalytic core of the SCF E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, which targets cell-cycle regulators for proteasomal degradation. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows across human, mouse, and rat samples. Each vial is supplied as 100 µl of antibody, compatible with standard immunoblotting buffers and chromogenic or fluorescent detection chemistries used in research laboratories. The reagent enables investigation of Cullin-1 expression in normal and transformed tissues, supporting studies of the ubiquitin-proteasome system, G1/S checkpoint control, and substrate recognition by F-box proteins. Aliquot upon arrival and store refrigerated; protect from light and limit freeze-thaw cycles to preserve long-term reactivity.
