Anti-CUL1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to Cullin 1 (CUL-1) is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated, raised in rabbit and reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

Validated applications cover western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:10–1:100. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 435–593 of human Cullin 1 (NP_003583.2).

The product is provided as a liquid, affinity-purified preparation in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The reported molecular weight of the target is 80 kDa.
