Anti-CUL1 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated, targeting Cullin 1 (CUL1). The reagent is reactive against human, mouse and rat samples and is presented as a 100 µl liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with the target protein reported at a molecular weight of 80 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 435-593 of human Cullin 1 (NP_003583.2), and the antibody has been affinity purified to a lot-specific concentration. For storage the product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

The manufacturer recommends working dilutions of 1:500-1:1,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC and 1:10-1:100 for ICC/IF.
