Anti-CUL-4B Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against CUL-4B. It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human CUL-4B, and the polyclonal reagent detects endogenous levels of CUL-4B protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in a liquid formulation of PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. Purification was carried out by affinity chromatography from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
