Anti-CUL-2 (I726) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against CUL-2 (Cullin 2) and is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 696–742 of Human CUL-2 as the immunogen, and it detects endogenous levels of Cullin 2 protein. The target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 82,84 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
