Anti-CUL-1 (Y761) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody offered by Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and directed against CUL-1 (Y761). The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 728–780 of human CUL-1, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of Cullin 1 protein.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ICC/IF. Reactivity has been established with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is unconjugated.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The product is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. Approximate molecular weight is ~ 90 kDa.
