Anti-CUG-BP1/2 (K95) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CUG-BP1/2 (K95), listed by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 62–115 of human CUG-BP1/2 as the immunogen, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of CUG-BP1/2 protein. It is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. The target protein migrates at approximately 50 and 54 kDa.
