CTTN coordinates Arp2/3-mediated actin branch nucleation at the cell cortex and is widely studied in the context of invadopodia formation, receptor-mediated endocytosis, and tumor cell motility, with frequent overexpression reported in head and neck squamous carcinoma and HER2-amplified breast tumors.

The Antibodies.com anti-CTTN reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples, supporting detection of the endogenous protein in whole-cell lysates and in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Supplied as a liquid IgG fraction, it is intended for research use only and is compatible with standard HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies.
