Anti-CTTN Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Cortactin (CTTN). It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated in liquid form. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and is backed by six scientific validation images. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 301-400 of human Cortactin (NP_005222.2). The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein has a molecular weight of 80 kDa, and the antibody concentration is lot specific. For Western blot, a working dilution of 1:500–1:1,000 is recommended; for ICC/IF, 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
