Anti-CTSH Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Cathepsin H (CTSH), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) applications. Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography, the unconjugated IgG reagent is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Reactivity is reported against human, mouse, and rat samples, with the immunogen being a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 23–140 of human CTSH (NP_004381.2). The target molecular weight is 41 kDa. Recommended WB dilution is 1:500–1:1,000, and the concentration is lot specific.
