Anti-CTSG Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit antibody to Cathepsin G is available from Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, produced in a rabbit host, and purified by affinity chromatography.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500, IHC: 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 21–255 of human Cathepsin G (NP_001902.1), and the target is detected at a molecular weight of 29 kDa. The product is supplied liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon receipt, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
