Description
A primary antibody from Antibodies.com supplied as a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against CTSF. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, enabling detection of endogenous levels of the CTSF protein.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human CTSF and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 53 kDa.
