Anti-CTSF Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets Cathepsin F (CTSF) and is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated reagent is validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples.

Raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 270–484 of human CTSF (NP_003784.2), the antibody recognises a target with a molecular weight of 53 kDa. It is supplied in liquid form in phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, and 1:50–1:100 for both IHC and ICC/IF. Concentration is lot specific.
