Anti-CTSE Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Cathepsin E (CTSE). It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form, validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and supported by 4 scientific validation images. Reactivity has been confirmed in Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 132–244 of human Cathepsin E (UniProt P14091), with a target molecular weight of 45 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Concentration is lot-specific. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
