Anti-CTSD Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Cathepsin D (CTSD), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. The host species is rabbit and the antibody is of polyclonal clonality, purified by affinity purification.

Validation has been established for Western blot (WB), with recommended dilutions of 1:500-1:2,000. The antibody is reported as reactive with human and mouse samples. It is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 65-412 of human Cathepsin D (NP_001900.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 53 kDa.

The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Concentration is stated as lot specific.
