From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone K14-S) recognises CTRP7 and is validated for use in Western blot (WB), ELISA, immunoprecipitation (IP) and immunocytochemistry (ICC) applications. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, is supplied unconjugated, and is provided in liquid form.

The immunogen is a peptide derived from the internal sequence of human CTRP7, and the antibody recognises the epitope located between Thr220 and Ala231. It is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The product is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, containing 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:5,000 and ELISA at 1:20,000–1:50,000.
