A monoclonal antibody preparation from Antibodies.com, supplied as an unconjugated liquid and intended for use in primary antibody workflows. The reagent is of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, and targets CTRP5 with reactivity to human and mouse samples.

The antibody, identified by clone [A14-A], was generated against a peptide close to the amino terminus of human CTRP5 and recognises the epitope located between Lys109 and Ala121. It is supplied in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0 containing 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide. The product is validated for WB, ICC/IF, ELISA and IP applications, with recommended dilutions of 1:5,000 for WB and 1:50,000–1:100,000 for ELISA.

The product is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
