The p120-catenin family member CTNND1 is an Armadillo repeat protein that localizes to adherens junctions, where it stabilizes the cytoplasmic domain of classical cadherins and modulates cadherin surface retention. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets CTNND1 and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. It supports western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation workflows, making it useful for studying cadherin-based adhesion, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, and downstream signaling events. The antibody is supplied as 100 µl of liquid stock, suited for investigators examining junctional complexes, cytoskeletal regulation, and tumor biology contexts where p120-catenin expression or localization is being investigated.
