Affinity-purified polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, recognises delta 1 Catenin/CAS (CTNND1). The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for WB and IHC and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 850-968 of human d-Catenin/p120 Catenin (NP_001078927.1). Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200.
