CTNNBL1 (Catenin Beta Like 1) is a nuclear-associated protein involved in pre-mRNA splicing as a component of the spliceosome and in regulation of apoptosis. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications on human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is supplied as 100 µl of liquid, providing enough volume for multiple blotting and imaging experiments. CTNNBL1, also referred to as NAP or p14, interacts with ICAT and modulates the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, making it relevant to research in nuclear RNA processing, programmed cell death, and developmental signaling. Investigators studying splicing factor biology, spliceosome assembly, or cancer pathways use this reagent to detect endogenous CTNNBL1 protein in cell lysates and fixed tissue sections. For best results, store working aliquots refrigerated and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve activity.
