CTNNBIP1 (catenin beta interacting protein 1, also known as ICAT) is a small cytoplasmic regulator that keeps the canonical Wnt signaling pathway in check by competing with TCF/LEF transcription factors for β-catenin binding. Researchers use the Antibodies.com anti-CTNNBIP1 polyclonal antibody to interrogate β-catenin–dependent transcriptional programs in contexts such as stem cell biology, developmental patterning, and tumor cell signaling.
Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in a 200 µl vial, this primary antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and shows reactivity against human and mouse samples. The unconjugated format lets investigators pair it with their preferred HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary reagents for chemiluminescent or fluorescent immunoblotting of cell and tissue lysates under standard reducing SDS-PAGE conditions.
